Smoked salmon, seafood chowder, creamy pasta. From starters to mains, it fits the whole table.
Winemaking
Fruit comes from Bridge Pa and Mangatahi in Hawkes Bay, where warm plains meet cooler hills, bringing contrast and complexity. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented in French oak with both wild and cultured yeasts. Full malolactic fermentation and ten months on lees in barrel, building depth and texture before bottling.
