The Specs
served straight
Not another marketing blurb.
Just the practical stuff, how it’s made, what it pairs with.
Food Pairing
Roast beef, braised duck, or a slab of aged hard cheese. This Merlot holds its own with the heavy hitters.
Winemaking
From Hawke’s Bay’s Bridge Pa Triangle - warm days and red gravels dial up intensity. Hand-plunged and left on skins for depth, then aged 18 months in French oak, with 20% new barrels for that extra toastiness.
