Winemaking
Sourced from Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere valleys. Gravels give tropicals, clay brings citrus, silts add aromatics and weight. Picked at peak ripeness, pressed clean and cool fermented in stainless steel to lock in freshness and build a wine with flavour, depth and length.
