Food Pairing
From pork dumplings, Thai green curry or grilled seafood. Works from street food stalls to impress the in-laws' dining.
Winemaking
Fruit comes from gravel, silt and clay soils across Hawkes Bay for natural depth. Picked at peak ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed, then cool fermented in stainless steel to keep the fruit bright. A short time on lees builds subtle texture before bottling.
