Hawke's Bay Albarino
Advocate 2024
Lime and peach hit first, bright and inviting. The palate is fresh, juicy, and full of citrus, with a sweet, salty twist through the middle. Long, mouthwatering and seriously hard to put down.

Not another marketing blurb.
Just the practical stuff, how it’s made, what it pairs with.
Food Pairing
Ceviche, sashimi or Vietnamese rolls if you want it light. Scallops in butter, roast chicken or lobster if you want it rich.
Winemaking
Sourced from two blocks in the Bridge Pa Triangle, where warm days and free-draining soils bring Albariño to life. Only the purest free-run juice was cool-fermented with a tailored yeast to highlight the fruit's intensity. Lees ageing built texture while keeping the natural acidity crisp and clean.
