Rosé ice pops

We know everyone loves ice lollies and a glass of Rosé on a hot summer day, so we thought we'd create something irresistibly delicious and combine these two sunny weather necessities. Bursting with fresh red berry and cherry flavours, these frozen treats are the perfect companion for any occasion. Keep on scrolling and learn how you can make our beautifully pink and utterly tasty Sileni Cellar Selection Cabernet Franc Rosé ice pops yourself.
Servings: 6-8 ice lollies
Difficulty: Easy
Wine recommendation: Sileni Cellar Selection Cabernet Franc Rosé
INGREDIENTS
375ml (half a bottle) of Sileni Cellar Selection Cabernet Franc Rosé wine
300ml (1.25 cups) lemonade
METHOD
Combine the Rosé and lemonade gently together into a large mixing bowl. Divide the liquid evenly between each ice lolly mould, leaving an extra 5cm (2") from the top of the mould. Place the tray in the freezer for 45 minutes to firm. Once the mixture has set a bit, take the lolly tray out from the freezer and insert your popsicle sticks in the centre of each lolly. This way you can make sure the sticks will stand straight. Put the tray back in the freezer and freeze over night until completely solid.
